Connect to your own inner guidance and wisdom! In this class, you will learn a safe and effective method using ancient meditation techniques for direct communication with your higher self and spirit guides. This practice has been perfected for thousands of years to allow you to begin to have clearer access to the inner wisdom of your divine self to use in your every day life. This meditation technique can be practiced on your own any time you need higher wisdom in your life. Go beyond the desires of the ego and emotion and connect to the depths of wisdom that your higher self holds. THE EXPERIENCE: This is a fun experiential meditation workshop that will give you practical tools for connecting with your higher self and spirit guides for advice and wisdom. You will learn how to create a protected and comfortable meditation space for your practice and the 4 steps to meditation. You will be guided on your journey to meet and work with your Higher Self and Spirit Guides. Please bring a notebook to record your journey experience so that you can write down the information you receive during your journeys. YOUR GUIDE Christine is a Biomedical Researcher, Ritual Master and Guide in the Lineage of King Salomon. She believes that everyone has the capacity to create a life they love through healing, increasing awareness, knowing who they are, and accessing their unique gifts that they are here to share with the world.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please notify me 24 hours in advance. I work in a community center and pay a booking fee for each session I book. If you request to cancel or rebook after the 24 hour period, there will be a $50 non-refundable booking fee to reschedule.
