Spark of Life is done from the comfort of your own home. There are a few requirements for the session but the main goal is to relax and receive the energy.

Choose a space where you can sit up for 30 min then lay down to rest for another 30 min without being interrupted for the length of the session. You may wish to have water with you during the session. It is best if you do not leave this space during the session.

 

I will call you at the time of the appointment and we will have a brief phone consult to discuss any specific areas you would like me to focus on. Once we hang up, go ahead and relax, feel the flow of energy. If you can get into a meditative state that is best. It is normal to fall asleep during the session. Once complete, I will connect with you again to check in.

Permission and coordination are required for this healing to take place. For best results, please provide a photo of the location in which you will be resting, for example, your chair, bed, yoga mat, etc...
