The MAX Meditation System™ is the perfect tool to help you manage your thoughts, emotions, and have greater mental clarity. Join me for a structured and deeply relaxing meditation experience to de-stress, find deeper clarity and inner peace in a practical and grounded way. You will be gently guided through a 5 step meditation process to relax the body, clear the mind, positive focus, guided visualization and soothing down. No matter what aspects of your life you are working on, it all begins with connecting to you. WHEN: 10AM Tuesday Mornings WHERE: West China Tea House COST: $15 suggested donation - Cash or Venmo @Christine-Estrema AFTER MEDITATION HANGOUT I typically stick around West China Tea House for tea service and great conversations with the community afterwards. You are welcome to stay and join me for a cup of gong fu cha style tea. You are also welcome to leave if you need to. YOUR GUIDE Christine is a Biomedical Researcher, Ritual Master and Guide in the Lineage of King Salomon. She works with ancient lineage tools to empower others to let go of limiting beliefs, find their soul's purpose and transform their lives from the inside out. Based on a fusion ancient Yoga techniques and Mind Acrobatics, combined with Modern Psychology and Neuro-linguistic Programming this system is designed to help calm the western mind and teach you to truly meditate. 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please notify me 24 hours in advance. I work in a community center and pay a booking fee for each session I book. If you request to cancel or rebook after the 24 hour period, there will be a $50 non-refundable booking fee to reschedule.
