Join us in our community center with our rotating panel of professional meditation practitioners. Each practitioner brings their beautiful and unique energy to hold space for your meditative experience. Allow yourself to de-stress, find deeper clarity and inner peace in a practical and grounded way. You will be gently guided through a 5 step meditation process to relax the body, clear the mind, positive focus, guided visualization and soothing down. No matter what aspects of your life you are working on, it all begins with connecting to you. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please notify me 24 hours in advance. I work in a community center and pay a booking fee for each session I book. If you request to cancel or rebook after the 24 hour period, there will be a $50 non-refundable booking fee to reschedule.
