Service Description

Ensofic ray is the first ray of creation and has the power to clear and heal negative thoughts and patterns in addition to physical healing. This powerful ray is what is tapped into for Ensofic Reiki and is a great modality for those who want to work on a physical issues and all general healing. What to expect: 1. If this is your first session, you will fill out a client intake form. We will have a brief conversation to discuss any areas that you would like to focus on and to review what to expect during the session. 2. You will be laying flat on your back for most of the session. Let me know if you have any additional needs or adjustments that need to be made before we start so that you are comfortable. 3. The session will begin with a short prayer and Ensofic Reiki energy will begin to flow. Just relax, enjoy the music, daydream, take a nap, or simply observe your breath. I will hover my hands just above or next to your body but there will be no touching. 4. At the end of the session, you will receive a chi bath which consists of light tapping and chi strokes on the back, lower legs and arms. If you feel shy or uncomfortable please feel free to let me know and we can do what works best for you. After the session be prepared to drink lots of water so that your body has the fluids it needs to flush out toxins and facilitate a healing response. Most people feel refreshed, calm, focused and sleep well after a session. Some people experience more tired in the evening as usual on the day they receive a session. This can be triggered by the body's natural healing process. How many sessions should I receive? I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions to evaluate what benefits you are receiving. Many people notice benefits after 1 session.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please notify me 24 hours in advance. I work in a community center and pay a booking fee for each session I book. If you request to cancel or rebook after the 24 hour period, there will be a $50 non-refundable booking fee to reschedule.
